Hope your well! Just a quick post to say a BIG BIG BIG thankyou to everyone who has sponsored me to far, I reaaly appriciate it so much!
At the moment I am busy learning the new BODYBALANCE release which looks amazing, especially track 6! and tring to perfect BB47 for video submition, stressin ell! But its going ok so far, and I have been practising on the general public every Wednesday at 7PM at Nuffield Health and Fitness Worcester, come along!
I start my Muay Thai training on Thursday in Birmingham which Im very excited about, which will hopefully help with my fitness and BODYCOMBAT. I really want to go into competitions if I really get in to it, but I will let you know how it goes! (Hopefully come out the other side with my face intact lol!)
Out tonight with the girls so I will have to work doubly hard at the gym tomorrow to make up for all the sinning I do tonight. Just looking for some cycle SPD shoes with the cleats on that I can use for RPM so doing a bit of Saturday afternoon shopping from my home rather than braving the Saturday afternoon madness in town ;)
